《材料科學(xué)與工程進(jìn)展》是一本范圍廣泛的雜志，在材料科學(xué)與工程的所有領(lǐng)域發(fā)表文章，包括但不限于：物質(zhì)的化學(xué)和基本性質(zhì)材料合成、制造、制造和加工材料的磁、電、熱和光學(xué)特性材料的強(qiáng)度、耐久性和機(jī)械性能在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、建模和工程中考慮材料綠色和可再生材料，考慮材料的生命周期專業(yè)應(yīng)用材料（如醫(yī)學(xué)、能源、航空航天和納米技術(shù)）學(xué)術(shù)界和工業(yè)界的材料科學(xué)家和工程師歡迎提交原始研究和重點(diǎn)評論文章。

Advances in Materials Science and Engineering is a broad scope journal that publishes articles in all areas of materials science and engineering including, but not limited to:Chemistry and fundamental properties of matterMaterial synthesis, fabrication, manufacture, and processingMagnetic, electrical, thermal, and optical properties of materialsStrength, durability, and mechanical behaviour of materialsConsideration of materials in structural design, modelling, and engineeringGreen and renewable materials, and consideration of materials’ life cyclesMaterials in specialist applications (such as medicine, energy, aerospace, and nanotechnology)Submission of original research, and focused review articles, is welcomed from materials scientists and engineers across both academia and industry.
